Salary Range: $145,000-$150,000
Position Summary
The Vice President of Quality Enhancement serves as the senior operational leader responsible for executing the organization’s compliance, quality assurance, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and incident management functions across New York and New Jersey. Reporting to the SVP–Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer, this role ensures all compliance, CQL, and quality improvement activities are implemented effectively, consistently, and in alignment with organizational policy, regulatory expectations, and best‑practice accreditation standards.
The VP oversees multi‑state compliance operations; directs QA, training, and investigatory staff; manages CQL‑aligned quality initiatives; oversees internal audits; and ensures programs maintain organizational readiness for regulatory review and accreditation. This includes leading the implementation of CQL accreditation plans, ensuring data‑driven quality improvement systems are embedded into operations, and translating regulatory and CQL requirements into sustainable daily practice.
