The VP of Fleet and Facility Compliance plans, directs, and evaluates the daily operations and activities of CFS and its subsidiaries which consists of residential and office buildings; grounds and yard; leased facilities; equipment and small tools, as well as fleet maintenance and procurement. This position manages staff, the equipment and property resources to meet a return-on-investment strategy in a manner that provides safe, productive, and cost-effective facilities and equipment for our employees.
