Overview

The Assistant Coordinator of Workforce will collaborate with essential SD Team members to provide oversight of self-hired workforce matters and projects for CFS Self-Directed Supports. This includes assistance and collaborations with the onboarding department and administrative staff and being a point of contact for the self-hired direct support professional workforce.

Responsibilities

  • New Hire first week check-in
  • 30-day check-in
  • Service counts training
  • DSP evaluations
  • MVV protocol/tracking assistance
  • OT tracking/protocol assistance
  • TO entries and verification assistance
  • Systems Access Assistance (EVERO, UKG, CFS email) assistance
  • Assistance with other assigned projects and staff training as needed (staff, transportation, DSP refreshers, etc.)
  • Responding to roster inquiries from self-hired staff
  • Answering inbound inquiries and assist with inquiries related to attendance rosters
  • Contact self-hired staff, families, and the administrative team to ensure service requirements are met
  • Collaborating with the SDS team on general administrative duties related self-hired staffing supports
  • Escalating issues to relevant Team Leaders and Managers
  • Serve as backup coverage

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking across various software systems
  • 5+ years of experience with OPWDD in-home and community-based services
  • Preferred experience with OPWDD Self-Direction program

Pay Range

USD $26.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
